- Are discounts available for your price?
No.Discount are not available for our price because all of our prices are wholesale price so discounts are not available. The price displayed I our website are the same for all categories of customers.
- Can I order first then doing payment after products delivery?
No.You should submit and initiate funds transfer before getting delivered. We couldn’t process to your order without getting your funds transfer.
- Is the price or total amount in the website including shipping cost?
No.We practice FOB (Free On Board) price so all costs related to freight and transportation fees are not included in the total amount. As freight costs may differ according to the final destination, Shipping quotation will be sent separately to the customer before sending the product
- How do you send the products?
We usually send products by Airways, generally by Air cargo companies. Normally, estimated time for sending products takes 2 or 5 days maximum according to the final destination.
- After submitting my order, how long does it take to get my products delivered?
Generally, order process for takes approximately 1 month to be delivered in the final destination. In some cases it may be take more times but not exceeding 6 weeks to be delivered.
- Are administrative documents (Permit) included in the total amount?
Yes. Administrative documents such as CITES PERMIT are included in the total amount. In some cases where there is some extra documents needed for exportation, we will inform the customer by e-mail if there will be some additional cost but it will not generate high cost. Additional documents are often needed in Essential oils products.
- What should I prepare before receiving my order?
We will send you copy of original documents by e-mail some days before sending your products so you can print them for picking-up your products at airport. Original documents will be send with the products boxes.
Please note that you should be prepared in logistic conditions as our products are very sensible regarding of storage and logistic conditions. We are not responsible of your storage and logistic conditions once products arrived in your country.
- What about if there is default or problem on products when receiving them?

If the products are not conform as your initial order, we will replace the on your next order.
If it is due to transportation conditions, we will negotiate some damage reparation or refunding to the airline companies.
